HOW THE "SNOWN" WORKS FOR THE ČERNÁ HORA PEC SKI AREA.
The virtual assistant named "Sněženka" and created in cooperation with SkiResort ČERNÁ HORA – PEC, is available to visitors 24/7 and provides them with quick and clear information that would otherwise be difficult to find or call the infoline. Thanks to it, users can easily find out which lifts are currently working, what the current snow conditions are, what types of ski passes are currently the most advantageous - including family packages - or what activities the area offers in summer, for example for cyclists, tourists or families with children. The assistant thus significantly saves time for employees and at the same time improves visitor comfort, because everyone always has the necessary information at hand.
